Re: Is there a rule-enforcing engine somewhere?
Hey Zero, There's a lot of half working software to play the game, but most of it is dead. We had a LackyCC plugin once, sandscape, .... but those are way beyond repair. There are three projects that are still worth while: 1) Card Game Simulator (it is a ui only) https://www.cardgamesimulator.com/ h...

Re: Expansion set and future actions. Input wanted
Hey Louis, I would scale back on the levels on development cards. Agreed. I think development is more of a subtype of enchantment (or even a new card type) A new card type would be best (game wise), but then we'll need to update the rules on when it can be played. And, cards that target enchantments...

Re: Expansion set and future actions. Input wanted
Here are some idea's The name of the expansion could be "Development" That would cover some multiple meanings: - we're developing the game further - we're advancing the gameplay - we can focus on the following new keyword for enchantments "Development - Target city gains the following levels:" Here ...

Expansion set and future actions. Input wanted
Hey Folks, Now we've got the core set out, should we start thinking about an expansion set an other future actions? I'd value your input on the following items: 1. What would be a good name for the expansion set? 2. Should we focus on the Enchantment/Development idea (from Desttinghim) 3. Should we ...

Re: Introduction November16
Hey November, Welcome aboard. We've never envisioned that there might be a Korean translation, heads up! Wtactics had from the start a multilanguage approach, but due to the huge effort in creating the game, the translation path was abandoned. For arcmage we'll sadly stick to english for the time be...

Re: Introducing Card Game Simulator for Arcmage
Hi David,
Just watched the video. Great stuff It's more or less the same functionality we have in our browser based version.
How do you handle player 2 player communication?
Are you using the aminduna api directly to search for the cards?
Kind regards,
Nico

Re: Arcmage status update
Hi David, Thanks for the offer, I think most of the decks are now done/ready in terms of editing as Pistos went trough the last deck. However an extra pair of eyes are always useful, especially when the phrasing doesn't result in semantically clear rules. For each card we've got intended mechanics, ...
