(arc) Resource piles
I know me and ng spoke about it in some convo somewhere, but I can't find it: What is the reason for keeping the resource cards around, on table (in piles or otherwise), once they have been spent to generate a resource token of a specified colour? What function does it fill? Wouldn't it be best to j...

Re: Elvish Ambush (or general design question)
In general , that's not how symbols are meant to be used, which is sending something to reciever that is direct and sums something up, like for example "this costs x resources". Haven't heard ng say something about it being multi-used, or if he, due to other resource system, droppes the symbolism of...

Re: Fantasy Europe 1815 ruleset
I suggest you don't put time in coding unless you enjoy it or want to make it an AI and single player et.c: There are already engines out there, some of which run on Linux also, like VASSAL for example, that will let you easily create and mulitplay with anyone.

Re: Deck for House of Nobles
Milling deck is indeed cool and nice for HoN flavour. Nice work here.... Input after reading original post + second one is that concept could work and most of the cards seem to fit the theme: Corrupt Archivist 3-2 Creature - Human Whenever I am marked put the top card of each players deck into his/h...

Re: Card sizes, bleed and sleeving
that is not the issue. I manually cut the cards to the suggested size on our wiki(65 by 92) they will not fit in any of the sleeves you pointed out. The cards need a little margin to easily slide. So I did an other manual cut on 64 by 90, and those would fit in all of the listed sleeves. 1 mm shoul...

Re: (saga.li) open source hero dice game
It took me a while, but I finally got the time to check out the saga.li rules and how it works. Very very nice work indeed. Thanks for taking the time to read it through. Give it a play when you have the time, it's just 2-3 papers in total that can be printed in black and white, and dice. I'm happy...

Re: Hearthstone and Magic
Some random talk about TCGs/CCGs: 1.) I tested Hearthstone a bit. But with its 9 classes it is by far not as exciting as Magic the Gathering with its 5 colours. It's fun, though. In what way did the number of factions, alone, make Hearthstone less exciting? I don't follow (even if I happen to agree...

Re: Fantasy Europe 1815 ruleset
Maybe the theme of https://www.google.se/search?q=steampunk+ccg&client=opera&hs=G27&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiOi5WinpLQAhVMiiwKHVffBbEQ_AUICCgB&biw=2048&bih=1026#tbm=isch&q=ironclad+tactics] could be something for you? I agree with ng on such a game being being "limited" instead of a ccg...

Re: Card sizes, bleed and sleeving
Current stuff works The size in the wiki was chosen because it works and was researched beforehand. ARC will go with any size you guys decided upon, but I don't get how the size of the cards is a problem and changing it a solution, when clearly the problem described is wrong measures delivered of t...
