No longer dusty Wiki and Website

Hey guys,

Snowdrop and I have been cleaning the wiki main page and the website.
All dead stuff is gone (or buried deep away). We also got back in touch with our artist.

And I moved the demo card db/card generation to a dedicated server.
I did remove some of the tryout cards there. But now that there are two rule sets to try out we can start creating cards for them.

I just read the wiki and took for granted that it is good now.

But on second thought: It is worth mentioning it explicitely: The new wiki looks good. Its content is cleaned up. Good work, Snowdrop and Nico.
