Re: Who is still on board?
Hi Knitter, As we are trying to avoid the pitfalls of the past, we'd like to focus on the rule-set and two preconstructed decks. We'd like to release them December 2016. The needs of the team are not that high on a full functional sandscape, but we'll need something to playtest, somewhere around aug...

Re: Who is still on board?
Hey Knitter, Welcome back! Everyone is entitled to have a *few* days of holiday :-) I've tried out both cardscape as cardscape-legacy from github, but could only get the cardscape-legacy up and running. Also I could only find an old sql table dump of a small card list. Since I had more or less the f...

Answer : Getting forum notifications.
Hey all, Since it has been asked several times, here's how to get forum notifications by mail: 1. If you're creating a new thread/post, you 'll see an options tab below your edit text-field, Here you can check the option "Notify me when a reply is posted". 2. Re: Demo : new card database and generation tool
Hi folks, The tool now supports the red banner faction as well. Furthermore thanks to Matt, there is an example template for the house of nobles as well. It will take me some more time to get it ready for use, stay tuned. Edit: House of Nobles - event template is also supported, I've taken Matt's ve...

No longer dusty Wiki and Website
Hey guys, Snowdrop and I have been cleaning the wiki main page and the website. All dead stuff is gone (or buried deep away). We also got back in touch with our artist. And I moved the demo card db/card generation to a dedicated server. I did remove some of the tryout cards there. But now that there...

Re: Demo : new card database and generation tool
I "extracted" the template and tried to "edit" it, but argh, this is beyond my drawing skills. For instance the border lines are not just an mono-colour line but rather have a colour gradient! Sorry to say, but I can't do that. I'll rather stick to playtesting and maybe inventing some more cards wh...

Awesome Rule Concept (ARC)
Hello all, I've created an alternative rule set and put it on the wiki. I called it the 'Alternative Rules Concept (ARC)', but snowdrop convinced me I should find a better name, so I came up with the 'Awesome Rules Concept' keeping the ARC. It builds upon a lot of the discussions here, and I've take...

Re: Demo : new card database and generation tool
Hey xarn, - make it available on github, so it's easier for us to contribute! Done, it's available here Setup should be more or less straight forward on a dev machine running win7+ 64x - install inkscape 0.91 on the default location - enable iis on your machine - checkout https://github.com/ngoeminn...

Re: Demo : new card database and generation tool
Hi all, Just a small update. Card creation: - I've re-enabled the png-creation on the card generation tool, although it's delayed and in the background. After 2 a 3 mins the png download link should be available near the svg download link. Decks creation: - Some progress there as well, you can creat...

Re: Are you making a game or a motivational speech?
Hey Bobit, Of course, all of the things that are being done here are just an excuse to get them done :-) After all, this is a free voluntary open source project. If you feel it has no added value for you, that's that. If on the other hand, you'd feel you can both offer and gain something from the pr...
