Re: implementing an easteregg
During playing durak with some french cards I've got an idea. Wouldn't it be great to use normal WTactics cards instead of traditional cards? It would be necessary to have monsters with 1-10 ATK (or something else) in each faction or at least 1 and 7-10. Maybe the numbers could be hidden in the car...

Re: Lackey or Banner?
Images comes from typesetting, typesetting needs full set of cards and my processing power, which has left me (it will take short to collect needed mana for this task, it needs concentration of willpower like maybe lama has), plus one more equipment card, which I'm thinking of just now. Also if we ...

Re: staff of natural experience (gaian equipment)
Staff of the blessed Cost: 2 Equipment - Other Staff of the blessed may only be given to a caster. While the equipped caster is marked you may attach a Magic in your hand for free to a creature that you are putting into play. Would this work? I like the idea of it attaching magic cards to the deplo...

Re: Lackey or Banner?
Sorry, I'm not going to do Lackey first... I'm done with cardscape. But as soon as I get the images for the patch, I'll put it together.TorbenBeta wrote:I would be for lackey, because then we can test and transfer the tested results into card scape.

Re: Lackey or Banner?
Yeah, I haven't been working on Lackey at all lately because I've been finishing up cardscape. In the future, (this won't be too hard to implement), all we will have to do is push a button and cardscape will export the updated patch for us, from the most current database. Do you want the patch now, ...

Re: Red Banner - our nearest future
I don't know what the empire will be like, but I'd like to see an orkish faction that does not only consist of dumb fighters but also of units of honor, morale and justice. I'd agree with that. I'd like to see each faction as not necessarily good nor evil (with the probable exception of Undead), bu...

Re: Red Banner - our nearest future
Wow, I really like the background story of the Red Banner! I imagine it containing the cheapest, mostly basic units with weaker powers but lots of them. Goblins, Orcs, and probably a few units from all races. It will contain the widest diversity of races. Possible unit names: Elvish Exile, Child Thi...

Re: [revise] Merman Hoplite
a) All attackers are declared "simultaneously", in both fronts. b) All defenders are then declared, and also who they defend, if any. In both fronts. c) The combats don't resolve at the same time. Instead, they resolve in a given order, combat by combat, decided by the attacking player(?), and firs...

Re: This will need some care now...
Edit: While cards are still in playtest/beta etc we should use a prefix before the card IDs, like [pt] or something. Once we go for beta we could re-arrange all ID's so theres some logic in their order (e.g. card ID 1 to 48 = gaian). What if the version for cards went like this: ID : RELEASE_VERSIO...

Re: [revise] Merman Hoplite
There can be an unlimited amount of attacks, each turn, launched by the active player. It's correct that each attack is resolved one at a time. As it is now the Hoplite can defend several times per turn. However, so can any other creature, since defence doesn't mark a creature (nor should it). You'...
