Last mail I've got from him was y-day. Worry not, we're working with illustrations like crazy.
If "Why he's not developing the project too much recently" is the question you wanted to ask, or "Why he's so reluctant to communicate" - well, I'd gladly wait for verbose responses myself.

Re: Main site errors
Our site has been infected, I'm afraid, and that's not even the beginning of all these strange encounters.

Re: Are we dead yet?
We're quite alive. We're just resting. Matt has done some great card ideas rolling recently. I've started illustrating myself for WTactics, for example (as of latest good news), so at least on my department some progress will take place soon. SoC was a partial disaster, but a partial success as well...

Re: First core set
We may start with two factions, 30 cards each. But, depending on rules, we may be forced to make the gameplay longer, decks - bigger and start with about 120 cards per faction just to be sure, that all the important defense strategies are possible. IMO there's little reason to set boundaries or goal...
Re: Factions
I think you've been struggling with meta-development again. Sorry for being critical, I guess it's my job here, but wasted energy won't lead to anything, but bitter frustration. Faction design in it's current state, serves an inspirational purpose for creating cards. It's simply a kind of babbling t...

Re: First core set
Hi Erundil, I think you're missing one important thing. We're developers. While we're open on a discussion and we chat about development quite a lot, there's a greater fun for us - that's the actual development, pushing the game forward. The rules are not even close to solid state, as you might have...

Re: Manpower crisis ruleset
Welcome sheapm! Yups, we have such thing as a mailing list. I guess you could bug Snowdrop a bit, I'm unable to add you there on my own. If you think we're lazy, I'm quite sure you'll love the tempo once you burn yourself out in a couple of other projects that went up as quickly, as they were abando...

Re: Recoloring Template : House of Nobles
Hold a bit with the Empire, please (the colors look like a moonscape btw.). The issue you're tackling is a bit deeper than just changing colors. Our beloved one, the Great Architect of GDD, ORC and Everything is really scared when it comes to setting things in stone. I gave up producing and helping ...
