Re: issue tracker
From infrastructure point of view, WTactics is a bunch of projects, so every leader would be most satisfied to care for bugs on his or her own. There is a problem though, as there are some media binded to WTactics (artwork, world and history, GDD) - but I guess those won't need any bugtracker at all...

Re: site slowdown?
Nothing even close to slow here. I've tried reloading, wiki page took 4s from click to full display.

Re: Mailing list
The only problem I have now is by default the answer goes to whoever wrote it, no to the list itself - which I guess you know Aspidites discovered first :D. Re: Rapid vs. lazy prototyping
Just to prove - this is how things may look like in terms of sketching and playtesting: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkCD-H1kJ82YdDRkUllYVnFMOHl1VjM0Z2psSkp3Znc This is a basic setup, which I've populated with some cards taken from Wiki (I hope cardscape data wasn't sent into space)....
Re: Worries
Most probably this won't work as intended. Your hardware will crumble while videoconferencing into huge lags, the quality will be too low to really read off the cards and so on. At least that's what snowdrop said to me when proposing it looong while ago, so I haven't even try. Meeting on holidays se...

Rapid vs. lazy prototyping
I think we have some serious problem: people, including me, are hanging around, waiting for things to happen. Or just trolling. Now, I think (and all statements below is what I think, don't take it seriously) it might be a good time to try to introduce some lazy strategies. Lazy in this case means s...
