site slowdown?

Post by snowdrop » Thu Apr 19, 2012 07:25

Am I the only one experiencing a very huge slowdown, like crawling, of the domain, no matter where I go? It's been like that most of the time for 1-2 days now for me. I'm located in Sweden though, but it shouldn't affect anything to that degree...

Seems fine for me. A bit of delay between non-integrated tools (wordpress -> mediawiki -> phpbb), but not unbearibly so.

I think apache (assuming that is what server is running) has a benchmarking tool called ap.

As for card/sandscape, with the nature of the type of game we are developing, I don't think lag will be a real concern. Not unless we are wrong about the pace of the game and it ends up being far faster (think Yu-Gi-Oh speed of play vs Magic the Gathering).

Nothing even close to slow here. I've tried reloading, wiki page took 4s from click to full display.
I'm the filthy bastard you wish you never met.

No slowness at my end.

Even if I'm using my slowest connection I get the standard loading times and don't see any extreme slowness in loading pages.
Rejoice! For very bad things are about to happen.

Just an update, I did start to see slow-downs early this morning.

Not sure about the rest of the site, but I have noticed that the forum seems to load pages a lot slower than it ought to.
It might just be down to my crap wireless connection, but I'm usually on the BfW forum at the same time, and it waorks a hell of a lot quicker than WTactics.
