3.7. Card translations
/../ The translated versions of the cards will only differ from the
English one by their rule- and flavortext and by the card’s name.

There should perhaps be a way to also change the picture (flip it as you mention, if you with flip mean mirror it horizontally) to deal with languages that go from the right to the left instead of the european left to right.
