I tried to clean up some grammatical errors such as "it's" when it should be "its", etc. I also attempted to be more cohesive when it comes to the passage of time. There was a mixture of both past and present tense and it was a bit confusing in how the passage of time was being transitioned. I made the world a thing that is existing in the now and only eluded to the past when it made sense to do so, such as when talking about past events, etc. I gave the single large continent a name, "Yote". It's a Swahili word meaning something like "all". I though it might be interesting. It's a pretty vague language that not many know and it sounds rather "primative", for lack of a better word. I changed some of the structure, added and removed sentences where it seemed to make sense, and attempted to make the entry have a bit more flare and volume without changing the overall message.
